Trafiklab guarantees that your personal data will not be transferred outside the EU/EEA, except in exceptional cases. If this is the case, Trafiklab only uses technology solutions with subcontractors that fulfil EU requirements for personal data protection.

Your personal data is stored for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes of the processing described in this privacy policy. Your personal data is anonymized when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected.

Request for a register extract of personal data
Trafiklab will need to verify your identity when contacting you regarding your personal data. The purpose is to prevent harm to you and to protect your rights. Depending on the nature of the contact, we may therefore require you to provide suitable proof of your identity. When you contact us, Trafiklab will save information about you that is necessary to resolve your case. This may, for example, be your contact details.
